Hi, I'm Jordan - yoga teacher, mom of two, and the woman who built the prenatal practice I couldn't find anywhere else.
I've been teaching yoga for over a decade and practicing for nearly twenty years. Samarra Yoga came from two pregnancies on the mat, and a deep belief that pregnancy deserves more than one kind of practice. Some days you need to feel strong. Some days you need to slow down. This course was built for all of it.
Meet JordanI love Jordan’s layout of sessions to choose from..no need to do any of these sessions in order. The first practice of yoga is the mind body connection and figuring out what you need and the titles of her sessions make it so easy to choose what my body needed and wanted to try! It was so nice feeling refreshed after the session too :)
